Fix Version: 0.9
I've commented out the source that marshalls and unmarshalls the CategoryBag
element for BindingTemplate as this is a UDDI v3 feature and jUDDI does not
support v3 at this time. This code should not be uncommented until jUDDI is
ready to support UDDI v3.
