my preference, Scout publish nightly similar to EWS and let Geronimo
depend on it. Is this ok? let me know and i will do the needful.

That works for me, and solves my other problem as well. How can we get this done?

We have a small problem. In both Geronimo and Scout, we have
implementations of the jaxr API. Can we decide on one place?

If Scout would publish a snapshot to ibiblio, I suppose Geronimo could
just have that as a dependency. Or, scout can depend on
geronimo-j2ee-spec, which is already published.

I don't particularly care, and will be happy to help in both places to
make whatever solution work.
