LANG_CODE columns in Database DDL is too short

Several tables in the jUDDI DDL include a LANG_CODE column with a size of 2
characters. While this is large enough to support 2-character language codes
such as 'en' or 'es' it's too small for other valid language code values such
as 'en-US'. These LANG_CODE columns need to be expanded.
