Per UDDI spec 2, find_binding call that uses a tModelBag should return only
return bindingTemplates based on logical AND of tModel keys contained in the
tModelBag. The implementation of FindBindingByTModelKeyQuery shows that a
logical OR of tModel keys is used to build sql for this API call.
