Cannot view the juddi admin, publish and inquiry

I could not able to view the following sites:
http://localhost:8080/juddi/publish
http://localhost:8080/juddi/inquiry
The happyjuddi.jsp displays "DB connection was not aquired.."
Is there a way to get around this problem? Thank you.
