Issues publishing an external taxonomy

Hi,
Did not find the cannonical tModel - "uddi-org:taxonomy_V2" (tModel key
uuid:1E3E9CBC-F8CE-41AB-8F99-88326BAD324A) for publishing external
taxonomies within jUDDI. Tried to reference this tModel Key in the
bindingTemplates' tModelInstanceInfo and it errored reporting the tModel Key
was not found.
All other settings/external webservice implementing validate_values() op
have been created according to the guidelines at

I can upload the bindingTemplate custom taxonomy created that references the
external service bindingTemplate and related xml files if needed.
