uddi-client using cargo

Hey Tom,

I have created JUDDI-172 for you, to convert cargo to use our own 
juddi-tomcat bundle.

Also I have checked in the basic classes of the uddi-client with 1 
running test, the UDDI_010_PublisherTest, which for now only tries to 
obtain an AuthToken. When you apply your changes for JUDDI-172, this 
test should pass.

At the moment it is not passing however due to missing db drivers.
