On a clean checkout of v3trunk, 2 tests are failing :
mvn -Dpersistence=hibernate clean install
Failed tests:
readPropertyFromFile(org.apache.juddi.config.ApplicationConfigurationTest)
readNonExistingProperty(org.apache.juddi.config.ApplicationConfigurationTest)
