In the hsqldb create_database.sql, the syntax needed is CURDATE() rather than 
CURTIMESTAMP() in the creation of the v2 taxonomy TModel.      With 
CURTIMESTAMP(), there is an error when creating the database and none of the v2 
taxonomy entries are created.
