This issue appears again in 2.0.1 on Tomcat 6.0.20. It appears that the
standard.jar from jakarta-taglibs-standard is not included in the
juddi-web-2.0.1.war in the juddi-distribution-2.0.1 archive. I was able to fix
the issue by manually updating the war to include standard.jar in WEB-INF/lib.
