the unit tests for juddi 3 rc1 don't pass.
the following tests fail using java 5 and java 6
org.apache.juddi.subscription.SubscriptionNotifierTest.
org.apache.juddi.api.impl.API_080_SubscriptionTest
org.apache.juddi.api.impl.API_070_FindEntityTest
Why was there a tag created for rc1 with failing tests??
