Hi Brian,
The replication API is slated for version 3.1. The webservice API is
there, but in the code it is all stubbed out. We're actually still
debating if it is worth it to implement the API fully since the
Subscription API seems to be able to handle most of the scenarios I have
seen come by. The subscription API will be supported in version 3.0.
There are a few jiras left for 3.0:

which actually involve the subscription API. To make subscriptions work
you do need replication functionality which is being implemented on the
trunk right now (note: this is not implementing the replication API). It
will be interesting to see if this covers your needs. Subscriptions can
be set up using the new juddi-console and I will add some documentation
for it probably next week. First we have to ship 3.0 :). 4 jiras left,
so we will probably start a vote this week.

Love the work with JUDDI-my team is looking at using it. In the
documentation it noted all 9 UDDIv3 APIs, but had a short note
that only Inquiry and Publish are “active”. Currently I’m trying
to migrate our information from Systinet to JUDDI-was thinking
about using the Replication API per UDDIv3 spec. Is this
functional in JUDDI at this time?
What would be the best way to approach this?
