The LAST_UPDATE column in the jUDDI DB is used internally by jUDDI only. It is not represented (or exposed) via the UDDI API. Though it may be a good idea to extend jUDDI's proprietary API to allow for searching by LAST_UPDATE ... of course this wouldn't help you if you're using a/any pure UDDI API to access jUDDI.
