At the moment we're preparing a 3.0.1 release, and yes, the 
documentation has changed a bit for that release.         We will be 
fixing the site links soon but in the meantime if you'd like to grab the 
documentation, please go to "Get jUDDI" -> "Releases" -> "3.0.0" and 
download the juddi-dist bundle (zip or tar.gz).       That bundle will 
have the docs zipped up in a juddi-docs tar.gz or zip.
