Best regards roberto I have no idea about the technical possibilities but I do see that in Eumeswil the Luminar is definately restricted in use. In any case, are not large portions of the Internet already under private control, whether it is corporate, governmental or other powers. We might always be able to shop on the Net - they would never censure that - but in other realms, I can imagine your idea happening. The related consideration of privacy already subtly affects what I write in e-mail. I do not consider this paranoia at this stage - but in the future?
