This was not exactly what I was thinking
when I asked the question. My question
was more directed toward the problem
of mechanised war of WWI and trying to
relate it to the high technology of the
Modern Military Revolution. The next
step of development seems to be
Unmanned Aerial Vehicles, so one can
even avoid human losses.
Another thing is the just war against
Europe's last communist dictator and
his thugs. I think EJ would certainly
have had understanding for this
especially as Milosevic is the Oberfoerster
in _Auf den Marmorklippen_.
Milosevic' raging ethnic cleansers
are mentioned in AdM:
