What is Flex and why should you be interested?
If you are a Web developer you should be well aware at how cumbersome doing a full-blown Web applicaiton in HTML using HTTP is. You have to worry about sessions, browsers not displaying HTML correctly, users using the back button and possibly hosing your app data, cookies or no cookies, javascript problems, etc.
Flex uses Flash technology and XML to help you create robust, rich internet applications that talk with a multitide of back-end technologies with a responsive user interface.
Flex hopes to be the next platform for a field of internet applications, so that alone means that you should come and see what all the buzz is about.
