Update on Gandini juggling workshop...free! Hi O’Ryan, Apologies for the delay on my part. I was working with the company to finalize some of the information. This workshop is confirmed for Saturday, November 4 from 10:00am – 12:00pm. We would love to offer this to the Collaborative and CMU Juggling Club, and other performers that you know. To answer some of your questions – I would ideally like at least 10 participants in the workshop. And it is free of charge! By the end of the week, I will send around a sign-up form for the workshop, if you would be able to share and promote with other performers. And – I hope that you can attend as well! I saw you perform at the last EQT Children Theater Festival Press Event – it was great! We have a performance of 4 x 4: Ephemeral Architectures come to the Byham Theater, created by Gandini Juggling. The company has agreed to provide a workshop for members of the community on movement and juggling while they are in town. I was reaching out to you to see if the Circus Arts Collaborative might be interested in participating in a workshop and conversation with Gandini Juggling? I thought this could be a great opportunity for local circus artists to work with the Gandini team. Alternatively, if that is something you’re not interested in, I would love some suggestions of other student groups that might be available.
