I can do this... I've never used a trinka, but I do foot juggling both standing (catching/throwing with one foot at a time) and lying flat on my back (I can toss and throw from hands to feet, and from foot to foot, and I can juggle three balls between one hand and one foot while lying down). I feel pretty sure I could do most of my lying down juggling in a trinka.
That said, I've never done it in a performance, though I've been practicing a lot. If you need people who have more performance experience with it, I know some people I could reach out to who might be willing to travel.
