I don't know if this has been announced to the JUG, but it might be of
interest to people, so here you go.

I participated in an XPFest at OOPSLA last year and found it to be a very
good way to give XP a try and see how it goes. Much different from just
reading about XP. So I have signed up for this local XPFest on Monday and
hope that it too will be an interesting experience.

If you're interested in giving XP a try and are available on Monday, you
should consider signing up.
