I guess all I can do is reserve comment until we would see a sponsorship agreement. My general skepticism is always active though, so I'll look at the agreement carefully. I did find out that BeJUG is located in Belgium and there may be different rules there which imply different sponsorship agreements. So we'll have to wait and see what they send us or whatever happens from here.
