Yup...

Ant uses that library for the <ssh> and <scp> tasks that exist in the Ant 1.6 (CVS only currently) codebase.

You're in luck.... Jakarta Commons Net:

http://jakarta.apache.org/commons/net/index.html

Its very robust and mature - it used to be called NetComponents.

Ant uses it for the <telnet> and <ftp> tasks.

Does anyone have recommendations on a telnet library class? I have found the following: http://javassh.org/download/2.0/doc/Main.html

There may be better choices. I would prefer something that is part of
the
official Sun Java SDK or one of the highly supported projects such as
http://www.apache.org/. I did a search there but did not see any
references
to supported libraries.
