A lot of us where I work use WinSQL, from 
http://www.synametrics.com/SynametricsWebApp/WinSQL.jsp .  They have free versions for 
ODBC and JDBC access.  The program doesn't have all the features some others do, but 
it might have enough of what you need.

Arghh. The tool looks good, but they're a direct competitor in their 
other product line :-(
