I use Solar Eclipse. http://solareclipse.sourceforge.net
Solar Eclipse supports XML / HTML / JSP / etc.
The only thing it really "buys" you for HTML though, is
syntax highlighting. I think they plan to add more
features, like code completion / code assist in future releases.
At any rate, it's free, so it wouldn't cost you anything to download it
and give it a spin.
