There may be options that I am not aware of. I believe that you will find that setting up bank accounts is still done the old fashion way. Generally you can do transfers, pay bills, etc. for all bank accounts for a single institution under your control. So I can do transfers between my CCB accounts but not between those and another institution such as credit union. Also, many vendors are starting to allow you to specify not only a credit card, but also you bank account info to pay things like credit cards and phone bills directly from your bank account.
