in the folder:
<workspace>\.metadata\.plugins\org.eclipse.jdt.core
Make sure the paths to your jre are correct in the pref_store.ini file.
<workspace> = your workspace directory.
default = <Drive>:\<eclipse folder>\workspace
(i.e.) d:\java\eclipse\workspace
if you use -data then you know where they are!
(i.e.) -data d:\projects\myworkspace
