I've got a tomcat running that occasionally gets into a "CPU storm"
where a thread, specifically the "JVM Thread" appears to consumes all 
available CPU cycles.  Eventually, maybe after 2-3 minutes, this 
condition clears up.  Exactly what is this "JVM Thread"?  Is there any
way to see what bit of code is running in this "JVM Thread"?  (A thread 
stack dump (kill -QUIT) shows no stack trace by the JVM Thread).
