So *if* we are going to get rid of --source from bootstrap, I would propose that we might want to get of automatic sync completely. I suppose if streams.canonical.com is official enough that we just use it maybe we're fine. Specifically we had --source for the MaaS case where they are semi likely to not have outbound access. Which is also why we defaulted to automatic syncing.
