Thank you very much gentlemen. The CI functional tests passed.for
lp:juju-core r2162. I could release this as 1.17.0. Kapil is waiting
for a few more branches to land. I think we are now in the position to
ask if we want to release each day.
I have started the release notes. I will review all the bugs and list
traffic for important changes.
