I've opened lp:1580231 for that. I've also opened a couple of related bugs: lp:1580233 (1.25) Machine agent is uninstalled even when "uninstall-agent" file does not exist. lp:1580221 (both) Auto-uninstall of machine agent should be more strictly limited.
