Thanks guys, and thanks for the heads up about the devel branch - I
wasn't aware of that.
I'll create an issue for this as it's just a brief note about logging.
It should really be part of longer docs about HA which I believe we have
yet to write (but have a card for).

We are adding devel features into the devel branch.

When we release 1.20, we will merge devel into stable.
I have a task for every new and notable section in the release notes.
When I write the release notes for 1.20.0 from the the 1.19.x release
notes, I will also update the docs to ensure 1.20.0 docs are released
the same day as the packages.
