Chris has been a member of ~landscape-charmers and ~openstack-charmers for a while now. He even shows up as one of the top contributors to charm-helpers, which he introduced to me. :) His contributions and reviews are always well done, and if that weren't enough, he's setting up ubuntu mirrors in Africa with the help of charms he's been authoring.
