Subject: [Juju-gui-peeps] Upcoming GUI release qa request

Hello peeps,

Tomorrow we're going to be cutting a new GUI release which includes the
uncommitted bundle functionality and it would be great if we could get you
to play around with it in a live environment just to make sure there are no
edge case issues we've overlooked.

To get the GUI up and running you can follow the following steps:
juju bootstrap
juju deploy cs:~juju-gui/trusty/juju-gui-51
juju set juju-gui juju-gui-source=develop juju-gui-console-enabled=true
juju-gui-debug=true

A few things to try:
Drag (or click to deploy) a bundle from the charm browser to the canvas.
Note that you now get a list of uncommitted changes instead of it
automatically deploying.
Modify some configuration values
Modify the machine placement details
Commit

Once it's been committed you can then export that environment using the
export button on the deployer bar. Now import it into a fresh environment
by dragging the yaml file to the canvas or using the import button on the
deployer bar. You should now have an identical uncommitted environment to
the one you exported, services, relationships, units, settings, and machine
placements.

Thanks for the help, if you run into any issues please let me know so that
we can get them fixed right away.

- Jeff
