A truly excellent new charm submission from Kevin Monroe on the Juju Big Data team. This is a great example of a clean, well-written python charm. It's built on the `charmhelpers.core.charmframework`, uses the `jujuresources` lib for fetching external resources, and uses juju actions for managing the deployed service.
