A new development release of Juju, 2.0-beta12 is here!

## What's new?

* New charm hook command, application-version-set, allows charmers to set the version of their running workloads * The version is displayed in "juju status" output with the application details. * Model based ACLs: access is now more granular allowing read, write, and admin access
* 36 bug fixes including:
    * Leveraging cached resources lp:1598113
* mgo package update that retries upserts that fail with ‘duplicate key error’ lp:1593828 * Prevent controller from being stuck in an infinite loop during teardown lp:1591387

## How do I get it?

If you are running ubuntu, you can get it from the juju devel ppa:

sudo apt-add-repository ppa/devel
sudo apt update; sudo apt install juju-2.0

Windows, Centos, and OS X users can get a corresponding installer at:

    https://launchpad.net/juju-core/+milestone/2.0-beta12
