juju add-cloud asks:

Enter the API endpoint url for the cloud:
https://openstack.example.com:35574/v3.0/

What openstack service is it asking for?  Is it asking for the
dashboard, nova, or what?

If I have only one region now, do I give it the same url for both the
cloud and region?

My cloud is up and I can create vm's with the dashboard.  I just want
to tie it to juju now.

Thanks.
