[julia-users] Lyapunov or Sylvester solver in julia?

I'm looking for a Lyapunov/Sylvester solver for

AXB + CXD = F

There is one in SDE.jl, but it just reduces to kronecker product for the 
full problem.  I'm pretty sure that LAPack has a solver built-in.  Is it 
easy to access that?
