Yes these are the same (cases 3 and 4), but are different from the others
(cases 1 and 2). From @Jameson's list:

1: function f(i); i; end
2: f(i) = i
3: const f = function(i); i; end
4: const f = (i) -> i

So it seems to be a named v anonymous distinction here?
