Well, I don't know that much about OpenGL, but I figure can take what you've got and dump the data into Three.js, you've got the basics of interactive 3D plotting. This would be especially great because it could be integrated with IJulia / Light Table. Just a thought, really - something I'd quite like to see, but probably a long way off.
