No problem. For making the image larger, Grid.jl may be relevant, although you may also find other ways to do it. For making it smaller, it would be nice to pay attention to antialiasing. You might want to read up on resampling filters. Also you should be aware of some of the filtering options already in Images, as well as the `restrict` function, which antialiases but is limited to 2x changes in size (but for which it is blisteringly fast). --Tim
