i don't use the repl much, except to make examples of bugs. but when i do, i cant seem to add (insert) new, blank lines to previously defined blocks. and i've seen a couple of julia talks where the person giving the talk has also expected this to work, but it hasn't (shift + enter?).
so i thought maybe it was a known issue, but i can't find the issue. and since i just saw an issue related to repl for multiline comments i thought it worth mentioning. thanks, andrew
