Laszlo,

I just added notes to the readme to briefly explain the OSes under which
the package has been tested, and what libcuda is.

A lot of Julia packages are wrapping C libraries. However, it is not a
common practice to list all the C functions that are being wrapped in the
documentation.

For the CUDA package, you can see a list of external functions being used
in the source file: src/funmap.jl

I do really wish that this package can work with Windows. Unfortunately, I
don't have enough time in near future to do this myself (as I am also
maintaining quite a few other packages). Again, pull requests from the
community is highly appreciated.

Best,
Dahua
