The Harwell-Boeing format is the predecessor of the Rutherford-Boeing format, which is the format used by the University of Florida Sparse Matrix Collection. There's quite a bit of juggling to process the Fortran format strings correctly. A Rutherford-Boeing reader is under way. Enjoy!
