That's a strange line of reasoning. Why not contribute to IterativeSolvers with the things you're interested and skilled in (linear solvers using Krylov)? It's of course up to you, but I would certainly prefer a less general name then KrylovSolvers.jl for a package that contains linear solvers but no eigensolvers or other krylov type methods.
