Well, if your PATH env variable is set in your bashrc file, you may need to open a bash session and start LiClipse from the bash shell (as it'll inherit the configurations from the shell that started it). Alternatively, you may also update the run configuration to have the full path (i.e.: run > run configurations > select run configuration under 'liclipse launch' and use the full path for the executable). Or, for new launches, you may set the main path of the executable by opening the julia.liclipse file (see http://brainwy.github.io/liclipse/launch.html for details on the launch section and http://brainwy.github.io/liclipse/supported_languages.html for details on where the language files are located.
