I'm hoping to play around with Geometric Moment Invariants, as (greyscale) image feature descriptors. I get the impression that these might be part of some stats package, but I'm coming at this from the machine vision side, and so don't really know where to look. A few simple google searches don't turn up anything that looks like what I'm looking for. Has anyone made an implementation in Julia yet?
