Unfortunately lots of other things on the internet is growing exponentially, so it's not necessarily us that comes out on top.
Also from the github traffic data (hope it's OK to share this), we had 74,369 views on github last two weeks divided by 6,710 unique visitors. The most popular issue was @quinnj <https://github.com/quinnj>'s PR #7671 <https://github.com/JuliaLang/julia/pull/7671> with 453 views among 93 unique visitors (4.8 page loads per visitor). Clearly a lot of thought went into how append! should behave when convert fails.
