Oh! I misread what you wrote (I should be sleeping already). I suggest you try to connect on the remote node to check wether Julia is started and trying to connect to the master node (with ps to spot julia and netstat or ss to spot the socket usage).
Maybe the worker can't connect back to the master because of firewall rules or something.
