Hello,

1) i'd recommend to file an issue to the cairo.jl itself.
2) I'm really not an expert on this, but my first assumption would be, that 
this isn't an issue of Cairo.jl itself, but rather on the BinDeps data (as 
i can see in your log nowhere, that the libcairo is downloaded and built.
