[julia-users] 2D list comprehesion with if giving strange result.

Is this desired behaviour?

[if i == j -1.0 else 0.0 end for i = 1:4, j = 1:4]

4x4 Array{Union(Nothing,Float64),2}:
 0.0   nothing  0.0       0.0     
 0.0  0.0        nothing  0.0     
 0.0  0.0       0.0        nothing
 0.0  0.0       0.0       0.0
